Once you have downloaded The Atlantic app:
Select the profile icon in the upper right
Do not create a new account, but instead, scroll down to ‘Sign In’
Under ‘Accessing a group subscription?’ at the bottom, select ‘Sign in’ through your institution
Select Laramie County Community College and you should be prompted to log into your myLCCC account
