Health Care Services

Albany Community Health Clinic 1174 N 22nd St, Laramie, WY 82072, 307-460-9039, achc@uwyo.edu, www.uwyo.edu/hs/albanyclinic. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8-12 & 1-5, Tuesday 10-2 & 3-7. Closed Saturday and Sunday. All insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid accepted. Sliding fee scale available with proof of income at or below 200% percent of  poverty level.

Public Health Nurse 721-2561. 609 S. 2nd St. Health screening and

 immunizations.

Downtown Clinic 745-8445. 611 S. 2nd St. Free healthcare to adults with

 no health care. Wednesdays only. Call to make an appointment.

Ivinson Memorial Hospital 742-2141. 255 N. 30th St. Accepts KidsCare,

 Title XIX, Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance.

Lions Club P. O. Box 716 Laramie, WY 82073. Vision/eye glasses help.

 Pick up application at any eye doctor’s office.

Laramie Reproductive Health 745-5364. 413 S. 21st St. Provides

 gynecological exams, HIV screenings, STD screenings, breast exams, birth

 control.

Housing

Cheyenne Housing Authority 745-4409. 1264 N 4th St. Laramie, WY

 82072. Section 8 Housing and Low-Income Housing. Normally has a

 waiting list.

Habitat for Humanity 745-4130. 302 S. 2nd St. Call to volunteer, donate

 or apply for a future house.

Rainbow Vista Low Income Housing 745-5044. 211 Rainbow. Normally

 has a waiting list.

University Heights Low-Income Housing 742-2524. 1622 S. 17th St.

 Normally has a waiting list.

Senior Housing 721-5915. 404 S. 30th St. Normally has a waiting list.

Interfaith-Good Samaritan Can assist with first month or past due rent to

 prevent homelessness. Assistance is offered after all other forms of

 assistance have been exhausted.
