Library Cards
Your student ID also works as your library card, however you do need to stop by our service desk in the library to activate your account the first time you use it. If you are a distance learner (outside of the greater Cheyenne or Laramie area), you can do this online. Please contact us at libref@lccc.wy.edu.

Library cards from other Wyoming public libraries are honored here, but be aware that if you place an Interlibrary Loan request, the item must be sent to the library that issued the card and will not be sent here unless you have an LCCC card.
Many of your instructors will have reservations about letting you use Wikipedia for your research and some may let you use it as long as you don't rely on it exclusively. Here in the library we are not Wikipedia haters, but we do think there are some issues students need to be aware of when using this resource.
