Quest for Business is Meta's enterprise-focused platform for managing and deploying Meta Quest virtual reality (VR) devices across organizations. Account Management: Allows organizations to create and manage Meta accounts for employees, enhancing security with two-factor authentication and single sign-on integration. This ensures easy access while maintaining high security standards.
Device Management: Provides native mobile device management (MDM) features, enabling organizations to control their Quest devices efficiently. Administrators can deploy and configure devices remotely, set device PINs, and wipe devices if necessary. Quest for Business also supports third-party MDM providers for expanded management options.
App Management: Simplifies app deployment by allowing organizations to select, approve, and push apps directly to their device fleet. This ensures users have quick access to essential VR applications without manual installations.
Support: Offers access to direct assistance through Meta’s Admin Center, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly to minimize downtime and keep organizations focused on their work.
